NEWARK, NJ, UNITED STATES, September 9, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — A new patient survey from RPM Healthcare finds that remote patient monitoring is helping patients feel more confident and supported in managing their health between traditional healthcare visits.
Among patients who answered the survey’s confidence question, 87% said regular check-ins with their RPM Care Coach increased their confidence in managing their health.
The findings come from RPM Healthcare’s Q3 2026 Patient Survey, which received responses from 729 patients participating in remote patient monitoring programs.
Additional findings include:
9 out of 10 patients said they feel more supported in managing their condition since starting RPM.
97% of patients who rated their overall experience said they are satisfied or very satisfied with the program.
96% rated the support they receive from their RPM Care Coach as good or excellent.
“Remote patient monitoring should do more than send data back to a provider. It should help patients feel more connected to their care and more capable of managing their health every day,” said Fabrizio Gambino, President of RPM Healthcare. “When nearly nine out of ten patients tell us that regular interaction with their Care Coach makes them more confident in managing their health, it reinforces the value of pairing technology with meaningful human support.”
Confidence was also one of the most frequently identified areas of improvement in the survey, with 328 patients selecting “confidence in my health” as an area that had improved since joining RPM.
“Living with a chronic condition means managing your health every day, not only when you are sitting in a doctor’s office,” Gambino added. “Our goal is to make sure patients feel supported, informed, and actively connected to their care between visits.”
RPM Healthcare provides remote patient monitoring and chronic care management solutions that combine connected health technology with ongoing patient support. Through remote monitoring and dedicated Care Coaches, healthcare organizations can maintain greater visibility in patient health while helping patients stay engaged in managing chronic conditions.
RPM Healthcare’s August 2026 Patient Survey included responses from 729 patients participating in its remote patient monitoring programs. Response totals varied by question. Among the 713 patients who answered the confidence question, 622, or 87%, said Care Coach check-ins somewhat or greatly increased their confidence in managing their health.
