Briefing Agent translates current threat intelligence into targeted training for the employees most exposed, before an incident occurs. It is the newest capability in Fable’s closed loop: behavioral signals identify who is at risk, Briefing Agent delivers them tailored guidance, and resulting behavior data measures risk reduction and refines what comes next.

Briefing Agent reduces a process that traditionally takes weeks of research, scripting, content production and review to less than 20 minutes for a typical briefing. Security teams describe a threat or policy in natural language, provide supporting materials and work with the agent to create a two- to three-minute video briefing tailored to the employees who need it. The security team reviews and explicitly approves the content before anything reaches employees.

The launch closes a growing gap between the speed of emerging threats and the speed of human layer security programs. New phishing campaigns, social engineering tactics, and AI-related risks can take hold while teams research and develop a response. Briefing Agent gives security teams a same-day path from a new threat signal to a targeted intervention delivered where employees already work – email, Slack, or Teams.

From emerging threat to targeted intervention

Briefing Agent turns an emerging threat, such as a new voice phishing attack targeting the legal team, into an employee-ready video in minutes. A security administrator provides a prompt or source document, and the agent researches current threat intelligence, drafts a scene-by-scene script tailored to the audience (legal or engineering, for example), and enables the administrator to review and edit it before delivery.

Because it runs inside the Fable platform, it automatically targets briefings to the roles, departments, or behavioral cohorts the Fable Human Risk Engine flags as most exposed, delivered via email, Slack, or Teams with attestations and reporting built in.

Built for speed with security team control

All generated content requires explicit customer approval before it reaches employees, with multiple built-in checkpoints. During content generation, Briefing Agent surfaces the sources behind its research and preserves the original prompt, clarifying conversation, source materials, and script revision history. The administrator must review and approve the briefing, audience, and delivery channel before it reaches employees. The security team remains the publisher of record for every briefing.

Validated through early customer access

Briefing Agent launched after an Early Access program involving more than 20 Fable customers across insurance, financial services, enterprise technology, and other industries. Early users compressed content-development workflows from weeks into minutes and expanded the range of timely, threat-specific topics their teams could address.
